After harvesting, the vintage is transported to the wineries where it is introduced to the reception systems.

These can be composed of lagares or hydraulic bin dumpers, bunch elevating belts, bunch selection belts, destemmers, grain selection belts, harvest buckets, pumps, etc.

Stainless steel tanks with diameter to height ratios tending to 1. They have a heating surface through a jacket or channels in the lower sector and a cooling surface in the upper part.
