Mash
This equipment allows the reception of dry malt which is humidified through an upper accessory with a sight glass and hot water vortex. When the paste falls into the pot, it is homogenized by a medium-speed agitator, with lower blades that sweep the bottom preventing phase separation.
To achieve the ideal temperature, it is provided with a heating jacket through which steam circulates.
This allows the malt to be ready to be sent to the macerator, very useful when it is desired to save time in successive batches.
The built capacities range from 1000 liters to 5000 liters.
Lauter
It is one of the most sophisticated equipment in brewing. It is equipped with a rotating rake that facilitates the permeability of the grain bed in the initial stage, apart from distributing the malt throughout the filtering bottom.
The wort flows freely through the false bottom and is sucked by several connections at once distributed evenly over the bottom allowing natural flow channels to form over the entire filtering surface.
A sweep system is applied over the rake that allows easy and rapid extraction of bagasse. The capacities range between 150 liters and 5,000 liters.
Boil
Once the corresponding concentration is achieved in the wort, it is pumped to the kettle. In this equipment, heat is applied through jackets in the cylinder and the bottom.
The steam chimney allows the evacuation of vapors concentrating wort, and has an upper tray to extract DMS. The manufactured capacities range between 200 liters and 5000 liters.
Grantt
The Grantt is a fundamental intermediate vessel in the lautering process, designed to receive the clean wort from the mash tun or lauter tun gently and without turbulence.
Built entirely in sanitary stainless steel, it allows the brewer to visually evaluate wort clarity, control the lautering flow rate and prevent compaction of the grain bed, ensuring optimal brewhouse yield.
Whirlpool
At the end of boiling, wort circulation is applied generating a vortex to separate some grains and solids specific to the process.
In small equipment this system is part of the Boil, while in high-performance equipment these must be a separate pot, which allows lowering the boiling temperature if necessary, evacuate the wort from the boil for the next batch and do all this in an inert atmosphere to control oxidation.

Humidifier
Equipment designed for the controlled hydration of grain prior to milling. This process conditions the malt husk, reducing friction and improving yield during the lautering stage.
